I can see these teams getting very powerful very quickly though. I guess the thought was that only one player can use Juggernaut and or Horns in a turn. I would trade any of these players from their counterparts on other teams with their skill access and starting skills in exchange for not having mutation access. From what I do know tough the Bloodthirster doesn't belong on a Blood Bowl pitch and this seems a poor way to shoehorn them in. Thankfully as I don't play Warhammer I don't know how they compare to the "fluff" of the positions. I'm shocked Galak (and others) were behind building it, though I don't know how much their hands were tied. Though obviously I've not played it yet, any feedback from those who have. Top it off with those players also being able to take an Apothecary I'm really not a fan of this roster. 40k more just for those skills wouldn't have been enough. Compared to the Snow Troll, 40k more for extra move and armour, Regeneration, Horns and Juggernaut instead of Disturbing Presence. At least they can't get Claw but that isn't going to be much of a problem.Īgain the really great combo of Frenzy and Juggernaut to start with and top it off with Claw and Regeneration. Way underpriced, one skill up and you have a Human Blitzer but with Frenzy, Horns and Juggernaut on top in exchange for a single point of movement, an easy swap for anyone. Starting out with Frenzy and Juggernaut is a massive helping hand for them over starting with Block. With strength access these guys are pretty much going to be the ultimate killer blitzing build. Only other player off the top of my head with both strength and agility access are Vampires, they have a negative trait, expensive and really average linemen to compensate.įrenzy and Juggernaut on a starting player is a bit too much imo, especially when they also have been given Horns. Passing skill access seems ill suited and a fudge of not having the Pact team. Above average cost and you get Frenzy which you don't really need but can be handy.
